All orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, our trusted delivery partner in Turkey.

 


2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Products that are custom-made or hand-finished may require up to 10 business days to prepare before shipping.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 


3. SHIPPING TIME

  • Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 1–3 business days within Turkey.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 


4. SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on the website.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

 


6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence or incorrect address:

  • Yurtiçi Kargo will attempt redelivery.

  • If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a second shipment.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

 


7. ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email via the Yurtiçi Kargo tracking system.

 


8. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at sales@exderue.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

  • We will file a claim with the courier and work to resolve the issue quickly.
