Refund policy

 

At Ex' De Rue, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the conditions below.

 

 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

You may request a return and refund under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Undamaged and unwashed

    • In its original packaging with all labels and tags attached

    • Accompanied by the original invoice

 

 

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. custom sizing, special denim wash)

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice

 

 

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return:

    1. Send an email to info@exderue.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

    3. Package the product securely and return it via Yurtiçi Kargo to the address provided.

    4. Include the original invoice in the package.

Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed.

 

 

4. REFUND TIMELINE

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

 

5. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

 

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if the issue is confirmed.
